You cannot control what others do, so focus on what you can do instead. 

We/They are a part of the total environment. Move away from the dominator-style, zero-sum game toward a non-zero sum, mediator, cultivation game. Or toward a creator-type, open-world discovery game. The fact is, “there are no facts, only interpretations.” Give yourself permission to play. Become the creator, preserver, and destroyer. 

“All that cometh is vanity.” (Ecclesiastes 11:8)

Die in the morning so that you can die with ease in the evening. “It is not easy to suffer death and be reborn.” (F. Perls) We don’t need hope or fear any longer, and we are neither bound nor needful of liberation. Whatever is not yours, abandon it. 

There are too many yes/no’s. Escape the binary. Discover the secret third… 

In the moment of direct, bare awareness, subjective alienation and objective identification unite. 

How willing are you to take on the risk of becoming imperceptible?

Theories do not produce wisdom. Experiences do not produce immortality. Learn to leave everything as it is.

It’s like running down a hill very quickly. You can’t stop to think how or why without falling on your face. You have to learn to be with falling down the hill. 

Interpretation is an obstacle to integration. Don’t wander into the details if you’re not willing to get lost. Feed the tail back into the dragon’s mouth. 

Fear is fear. Emotions are data. Use them to map a better future.
