Revising old scripts takes a lot of time and effort. In the beginning there might be a great number of setbacks and obstacles. As you go along, beginning again, and again, again and again, it becomes more and more natural. Continuing on this path, we move toward our goals, and nothing but our own selves can gatekeep us.
Five Questions for Motivational Interviewing (MI):

- How might you go about it in order to succeed?
- What are the best reasons to do that?
- How important is it to make this change and why?
- So what do you think you’ll do?
