We do not yet know what a body is capable of.
(recorded live on 17 June, 2025)
Sometimes the things we do for ourselves — the medicine, so to speak — can begin to numb us, flattening us out, dampening our feelings rather than building them up. It is important to remember this: balance is not about forgetting it all and losing your senses. The work is simple. Love everybody, feed people, and remember truth.
“To hold a center is not about becoming a spiritual zombie; it’s about living the fullness of your own humanity. You are alive, so be fully alive.” (Roshi Wendy Nakao)
We must learn to grow. We must learn to grow. We must learn to grow.
“If you have faith as small as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove from here to there; and it shall move; and nothing shall be impossible for you.” (Matthew 17:20)
One step at a time.
“Whenever we pick out anything by itself, we find it attached to everything else in the universe.” (John Muir)
A brand new moment
On a breath of summer, Rise
Hot, fresh off the press
May you find peace in this very moment. May you be free from pain, physical and mental. May you be free from suffering and illness. May you be happy, joyful, and content. May you be at ease. May you be accompanied by loved ones and good company. May you be free from fear, greed, anger, and confusion. May you be satisfied in this very lifetime and for every life in eternity.
